Celtic have reportedly placed a €4m valuation on winger Luis Palma as interest grows from clubs in Europe and the MLS.

Despite showing some early promise in his debut season at the club, Palma has struggled for consistent game time this campaign and is expected to depart Parkhead in the near future.
The Honduran winger, who arrived from Aris Thessaloniki in the summer of 2023 for a fee of around €3.5m, made an immediate impact last season with 10 goals and 10 assists across all competitions. However, the 24-year-old has found minutes hard to come by under Brendan Rodgers, making just eight appearances this season and totalling 212 minutes on the pitch.
According to El Heraldo, Celtic have already turned down offers for Palma from clubs in Germany and France. However, with the Hoops reportedly keen to recoup their initial investment—and possibly turn a profit—it’s expected that further bids could follow during the January transfer window.
While Celtic are reportedly not eager to let Palma leave in January due to their thin squad depth, especially on the wings, a suitable offer could tempt the club to part ways with the player.
For Palma, a move could represent a fresh start and an opportunity to rediscover the form that first attracted Celtic to him.
