CHRIS SUTTON has been scathing of Dedryk Boyata after the Belgian defender’s antics over the weekend.

The former Celtic striker does not seem impressed at all by the player’s attitude and believes he should be ‘grateful’ for his current position after Rodgers rebuilt the former Deila flop.

Not one for shying away from opinions – Chris now believes the only option is to grant Boyata and his agent’s wish by getting rid of the player as quick as the club can.

Dedryck Boyata should be grateful Celtic gave him the opportunity to play… while he has some good attributes he has been a bombscare at times..He is a disgrace..Celtic need to get him out of the building ASAP..important thing is to get a quality centre half in now…

Boyata’s agent has been trying to dictate to Celtic and Brendan Rodgers and it has rubbed the Celtic backroom team the wrong way.

The Belgian has clearly forgotten what and who brought him to the dance.
