The winger, who signed a new three-year deal this summer, had his move was confirmed this evening as he looks set to play his football at the national stadium for the next year.
This move certainly looks like a positive one for Paterson, as Queens Park are beginning to build a very strong squad going into their up and coming season, which will be their last at the National Stadium, Hampden Park.
With there being a lot of doubt surrounding what will happen this year in terms of reserve team fixtures, it is smart for Celtic to get several young players out on loan to get playing time and gain experience with first-team minutes.
Paterson joins the likes of Scott Robertson and Jonathan Afolabi, in going out for a season with the view of returning to try and make an impact on Neil Lennon’s squad, in the next few years.
