Legendary Aussie cricketer turned commentator Shane Warne has surprised many on his Instagram page by sporting the new home Celtic goalkeeper shirt in a snap he shared from Las Vegas.

Widely regarded as one of the best bowlers in cricket, Warne looked like he might have ulterior motives for wearing the jersey with his shout out to Dafabet underneath.

We’re not sure if Shane picked the jersey to go participate with Dafabet in a Vegas poker tournament or if the sponsors gave this to the former cricketer for the event.

The goalkeeper top is almost blue in colour depending on the light that hits the jersey – certainly not our favourite bit of New Balance gear by any standards.

If Shane wanted to stand out he should have pulled on the hoops!

Celtic released this shirt along with the home kit earlier this summer. Their away kit has just dropped over the past few days and they will be unveiling the third kit at the Celtic festival later in July.
