CELTIC’S new Super fan Ilir Meta – also known as the President of Albania has continued his new tradition of talking about the latest Celtic result on social media after the Lazio game.
The Albanian stumbled across the Celtic support on their travels during Champions League qualifiers this summer and told how former Celt Rudi Vata had gifted him his own Hoops.
Since then, Meta has been keeping a close eye on the bhoys and comments on the games after they’re in the book – win, lose or draw.
For the Europa League game, the Albanian reserved special praise for Fraser Forster after his incredible last minute save to make sure Celtic got all three points on the night.
The President says he has watched the save many times and he still can’t believe how the goalkeeper has managed to keep the ball out the back of the net.
