‘We’ll See What Happens’ – Roberts Refuses to Rule Out Permanent Move

PATRICK ROBERTS will assess his future in the summer but not before his treble tilt with Celtic.

The tricky winger has been fighting back to full fitness as of late and got some game time against Motherwell just before the international break.

He’s now looking to kick on and make an impact in the games Celtic have left this season.

Speaking about the future, the player was keeping his cards close to his chest.

“I will just carry on my football, keep enjoying it and see where it takes me.

“The summer will be the same as it always is.

“We will see what happens then. So far I haven’t had any conversations with Celtic or City.

Celtic tried to sign Roberts in the summer on a permanent basis but were rebuffed by Manchester City.

It remains to be seen if they’ll test City’s resolve again this summer.
