Watch: Surprising Former Celtic Star Branded ‘Bombscare’ by Scott Brown

Celtic legends Scott Brown and Mikael Lustig discussed a number of their old teammates in a video that was recently released on the club’s official YouTube channel. It is a must watch for Celtic fans as the Bhoys discussed a range of players from Virgil Van Dijk to Stefan Johansen.

Brown was Celtic captain for over a decade and made a colossal 611 appearances for the club meanwhile Lustig spent seven and a half years in Glasgow, becoming a fan favourite who netted many an iconic goal.

The pair are taking part in an evening at the Hydro in mid May as they will chat about their time at Celtic in front of fans and ahead of it, have appeared in lots of Celtic social media content, this YouTube video being the latest.

In the video which lasts just over five minutes, Lustig and Brown are given an ex-teammates of theirs and they need to describe him in just one word.

There are some funny descriptions such as Adam Matthews being labelled a ‘bombscare’ by Brown and Olivier Ntcham as ‘smell’ by Lustig due to how good the Frenchman always smelled.

The likes of Callum McGregor and Virgil Van Dijk, though, were praised. Brown called the man who took over his role as Celtic captain ‘reliable’ whilst Lustig labelled world class Liverpool centre back Van Dijk as ‘the best’.

Both Brown and Lustig are Celtic legends and were once greatly experienced and respected members of the Parkhead dressing room. Due to this, it is greatly intriguing to get their thoughts on a number of players who passed through the door during their times at the club.
