After Celtic’s late equaliser in the women’s Glasgow derby on Monday evening, there was jubilation on the Celtic bench and a complete meltdown in the other dugout.

It was understandable after Celtic’s 99th minute goal which kept them firmly in second place and left their rivals hurting.

However, what would happen at full-time is nothing short of disgraceful when a Rangers Women’s coach ran onto the park and purposely clashed heads with Celtic manager Fran Alonso before trying to take things further.

This was the first game on Sky Sports for the women’s derby and the late winner added to the drama and intrigue of the women’s game going forward. However, this moron tries to provoke the Celtic manager because he can’t take the result. It’s poor and we’d expect Rangers and the SWPL to take action against him.

Fran Alonso said he was called ‘a wee rat’ in the altercation. Very classy, from a classy club.
