Celtic came away deserved 2-1 victors in a tantalizing Glasgow derby at Parkhead this afternoon.
Matt O’Riley opened the scoring early doors before a John Lundstram own goal doubled the Hoops’ advantage.

Cyriel Dessers got one back but Lundstram’s sending-off put his team in an awful predicament.
Jack Butland saved O’Riley’s spot-kick 10 minutes into the second 45 to give the visitors hope but in the end, they were undone in a derby for the third time this season.
In the game, there were countless talking points, one of which was when James Tavernier was the target of objects that were thrown from the stands.
These actions are in no way acceptable, but former Celtic manager Neil Lennon made light of the situation live on Sky Sports after the match.
Speaking to host Eilidh Barbour, he joked that perhaps the objects – which he claimed looked like marijuana grinders – came from the bitter Kenny Miller:

A veteran of Glasgow derbies, Lennon knows exactly how to wind up the Hoops’ city rivals. He was at it again today along with much of the support who will be partying deep into the night.
