Celtic secured a place in the Scottish Cup final with a 6-5 win on penalties against Aberdeen after the match finished 3-3 in extra time.
Celtic goalkeeper Joe Hart saved Aberdeen midfielder Killian Phillips’ penalty, which was the Dons’ seventh in the penalty shootout.
Hart did have the chance to win Celtic the shootout, being given Celtic’s fifth penalty, but the Englishman ultimately missed, hitting the post.

One thing that was clear from the shootout was that Celtic’s players can certainly take penalties, with Hart being the only Celtic player to miss a penalty.
The Hoops will face either Hearts or Rangers in the Scottish Cup final, which takes place on May 26th with the second semi-final tomorrow afternoon at 3pm.
