Celtic have a plethora of talent out on loan from the club, one of whom scored a key goal for his team last night.
Johnny Kenny is currently enjoying his second temporary spell with Irish top-flight side Shamrock Rovers. He won the title with them last season and returned recently.

After coming off the bench to secure a pivotal 1-0 win away at Drogheda in the final 10 minutes last week, Kenny got the nod at home to Bohemians on Friday evening.
49 minutes in, he received the ball via a smart reverse pass and finished clinically:

Kenny’s strike got Rovers in the groove, and they eventually went on to win 3-1. The win moved them up to fifth in the table although the season over in Ireland is only a few weeks old.
The centre-forward is garnering some form with two goals in as many games. Kenny won’t return to Celtic until the end of 2024 and has the chance to gain consistency of performances back in his homeland.
