A special farewell match will take place in Japan next month to honour the vast career of former Celtic midfielder Shunsuke Nakamura.
The now 45-year-old retired in February of this year, but a game will take place in his honour on the 17th of December this year. An official trailer for it was released:

In four years in Glasgow, Nakamura scored some incredible goals. His ability from dead-ball situations was next to none, and he always came up trumps in big games.

His career went on a notable fourteen years after he left Celtic, which is a testament to his extremely high fitness levels. The former Japanese internationalist was a top professional.
The match itself will be contested by two teams consisting of several legends from Yokohama F. Marinos and the Japanese national team. It will be great to see Nakamura have one last hurrah on the pitch to celebrate a long yet wonderful career.
