It wasn’t just the players who were in top form in Celtic’s 4-3 win over Manchester City over in America.
It was the Celtic supporters who stole the show with their goal celebrations, putting Manchester City’s section to shame with their lack of celebrations.
From the moment Nicolas Kuhn opened the scoring in the 13th minute, the Celtic fans erupted. Right from the off you could hear Celtic fans in fine voice and were even teasing the opposition at one point chanting “Are you Rangers in disguise?”.
As the goals kept coming, so did the celebrations. Each time a Celtic player found the back of the net, the fans responded with a level of enthusiasm that was unmatched.

On the other hand, Manchester City fans were a bit subdued in comparison to Celtic’s. The English Champions are a growing brand in the States, but it’s still Celtic attracting real supporters, with some driving ten hours just to watch the match.
For those in attendance of a Celtic persuasion, they were treated to a memorable night. All us local Celtic fans taking seeing the team for granted because they’re in our backyard. This is a once in every ten plus year event for some of the supporters who watch Celtic at weird hours of the day because they love the club.
