Celtic looked lively tonight from the first whistle as they heaped attack after attack on the Hearts defence. James Forrest had a miracle miss after Craig Gordon spilt the ball on his goal-line but the ball bounced of Forrest and onto the post.
Jota came close with a shot on the edge of the box but the ball just dropped over the Jambos crossbar. Next was the turn of Callum McGregor, his deflected shot looked to be creeping inside Gordon’s post but the ex-Celtic stopper went full stretch to deny Celtic an opener.
Then just after the half-hour mark, the man from Japan cropped up with this goal to break the deadlock.

While Kyogo will rightly get all the praise for his 14th goal of the season, Anthony Ralston looked possessed down the right tonight. Unfortunately, Ralston looked like he pulled up after his assist and was replaced by Montgomery. Juranovic moved over to the right.
Joe Hart has had little or nothing to do tonight, halftime and it is 1-0 to the Celtic.
