SCOTT ROBERTSON has gone out on loan to get some good first team experience and that’s what he appears to be doing at Gillingham.
The hot Celtic prospect has been impressing down south and his technical ability got him among the goals on Saturday, although we’re not sure he should be getting the full credit.

It has been imperative for some of our top young talent to go out on loan this season with absolutely nothing happening with regards to youth football in Scotland at the moment. Our youngsters who have been left behind this season are only training and playing friendlies when they can. Not the ideal preparation.
Robertson looks a real talent and could be pushing for a place in the Celtic side next season. Now more than ever, Celtic must look to what they have in the youth setup and bring the best through. We can’t afford not to do bring these lads on now, there are no excuses.
