CELTIC were in action against Rennes on Saturday morning at their Portugal training camp. The bhoys were given some much needed game time in their legs ahead of the SPFL restart
The social media team at Celtic have been off on annual leave with others focussing on the B team and women’s side while the bhoys have been in Portugal this week.
However, there was some sort of presence from the Celtic multimedia staff for the game on Saturday and they managed to record all Celtic’s goals in the 4-3 defeat to the French club.

Two goals for Matt O’Riley and one for Kyogo Furuhashi wasn’t enough to get the win, but it was a worthwhile outing nonetheless.
Celtic will be back in town this week to begin final preparations ahead of taking on Aberdeen at Pittodrie. The trip up north will be a shock to the system after the heat the bhoys experienced in both Sydney and now Portugal.
Aberdeen away is always a very tough fixture and we’ll be going into it without some of our World Cup players.
Callum McGregor could be back in the fold after featuring against Rennes. The Hoops have a nine point lead and they’ll want to maintain that.
