A lot of them might have booked up to Glasgow long before the outcome of the group became clear but if you were inside Celtic Park last night you couldn’t help but notice how brilliant the Rennes fans were.
They came in their numbers to support their team even though they were sitting last in the group with no hope of qualification.
The noisy bunch looked like they didn’t let the bad result stop them from having a good time in a European away tie – remind you of another support?
celtic supporters captured both sets of fans engaging at the end of the game and swapping scarves over the divide.
The supporters certainly left an impression.

After the Lazio fans in October, the Rennes faithful were a breath of fresh air.
Celtic confirmed their top spot in the group with the 3-1 win and will be seeded for the last 32.
