It was a goal for Japan but it certainly had a familiar Celtic theme. Kyogo Furuhashi scored for his country against Tunisia on Tuesday and the assist came from his Celtic teammate Reo Hatate!
The pair have been out on international duty this week with Japan and both got the nod for the friendly on Tuesday afternoon.
Reo was played out on the left for his country while Kyogo took up his familiar spot in front of goal.
It took until the 43rd minute for the goal to come but when Kyogo is put clean through on goal, he rarely misses!

Kyogo and Hatate are due back at Lennoxtown later this week to prepare for Celtic’s Sunday clash against Hearts at Tynecastle. The duo are more than likely to start the match in the capital.
It’s the massive Champions League tie against Atletico Madrid. Kyogo got his first ever goal in the champions league against Lazio on Matchday two, he’ll need to be even better to score against the Spaniards.
