Brendan Rodgers has been speaking about his invincible team and how that season is a very special memory for the current Leicester boss.
Speaking to Sky Sports, the former Hoops boss rhymes off the results for that season and what they managed to achieve together.
“We played 47 games over the course of the season. We won 34 in the league and drew 4. And then we obviously won the other domestic cup competitions.”

This was the top Rodgers season by far. We had an uninhibited Scott Sinclair, Moussa Dembele, a resurgent Scott Brown and an emerging Callum McGregor.
It’s only now you see the job Brendan did at Celtic when things aren’t going so well.
The drop off in professionalism, fitness and appetite is there for everyone to see this term.
The eroding of the standards set by the Irishman seeing Celtic’s slow and painful demise this term.
Of course, it didn’t help when he left the club at the drop of a hat and took a lot of people behind the scenes who were implementing those levels.

It’s still one of the best seasons I’ve personally lived through as a Celtic supporter.
