The manager seemed in disbelief before he started smiling and asked the journalist how he’s managed to find a ‘blip’ after that performance.

The Sky Sports man made the comment Liel Abada and Eddy got into it a bit over who would take the penalty. Cal Mac came over and told Liel to stand down and that Edouard was on penalty duties.

It was hardly worth mentioning — Liel is a keen 19-year-old winger who was desperate to get among the goals. After the captain stepped in, it was sorted.

Celtic smashed Dundee 6-0 in a performance many Hoops fans didn’t see coming. The Bhoys didn’t give the Dees any encouragement from the first whistle to the last and even though they were well ahead heading into the last ten minutes they kept going and wanted to keep scoring which was great to see.

I’ll take that blip any day!
