ANGE always comes onto the pitch to celebrate a Celtic win, but it was on a different level at Tynecastle on Saturday afternoon.
Celtic had a perfectly good goal chopped off to make it 2-0 and then had a stonewall penalty turned down for handball when the game was sitting at 1-1.
It was a day to forget when it came to VAR operatives. Thankfully, Celtic dug very deep and managed to find the win.
The celebrations at the end from the supporters were twofold; the relief after an anxiety-inducing back-and-forth game and the feeling justice had been served. We believe Ange was going through the exact same emotions when he pounded his chest and gritted his teeth.
This wasn’t just a win for the Celtic manager; this was a victory in spite of the people who are employed to officiate our game.

It’s why Celtic are champions and why we’re top of the league. We continue to find that extra bit needed to win games.
The Hoops win was even more significant after The Rangers dropped points to Livingston. Ange’s men have opened up a four point gap at the top of the table.
