ANGE POSTECOGLOU was not having it this afternoon in his first official Spurs press conference when journalists tried to play down his work at Celtic.
The treble winning former Celtic manager was asked if Spurs was a setup, and a journalist tried to push the narrative the Celtic gig was an easy job for him.
The Australian dismissed that notion and revealed how hard he had to work to get Celtic back up to where they belonged.

It’s fair to say after his press conference this afternoon; most Spurs fans are going through the same emotions as Celtic fans did when Ange first took the Celtic job.
Going from a guy they didn’t know much about to a guy they wanted to get behind. The way Ange talks and the way he comes across in media conferences was a big reason why Celtic fans initially got behind him.
And as Postecoglou alluded to, it’s up to Spurs fans to judge his team’s performance. Celtic fans didn’t see instant results, but they could see what Ange was doing, and it ultimately paid off with a double his first season and a treble the following season.
