UEFA in Embarrassing Celtic Gaffe

UEFA have been left red faced on their social media after their official Europa League page posted a ‘Monday Motivation’ tweet promoting Celtic fans and their Muhammad Ali banner against Cluj.

With absolutely no self awareness the European organisation had fined Celtic €12k for the exact banner and use of pyro during it.

Someone at the organisation must have quickly seen what they had done and removed the post from social media. Unfortunately for them the screenshot age is alive and well and Celtic fans managed to catch them promoting the Celtic banner.

Celtic have been fined a total of €24k already this term for their fans use of pyro at UEFA games.

It’s crazy to think the organisation who fined the club were happy to promote the banner in the first place for any length of time.

Maybe they could give us our money back in turn use the image at will.
