Ange Postecoglou has named a near full-strength side that will play in Banik Ostrava’s centenary celebration match on Wednesday night.
Making five changes from the weekend, Postecoglou is hoping for a stronger performance from his side, with no costly mistakes.
However, two key players haven’t been included in Wednesday night’s match squad. Reo Hatate and Daizen Maeda are missing, with no explanation provided as of yet.

The midfielder has been on fire this pre-season, looking like the player he was when he first arrived. It’s clear to see he’s had his well-deserved rest and is feeling much fresher. He’s going to be a great player for Celtic this season.
Daizen has looked sharp too, having also had a long rest after.
Celtic Fans not Looking into the Exclusion Too Much
It is just pre-season and managers often chop and change their squads. There has been no mention of an injury from the manager yet. Celtic fans have no reason to be worried yet, but it’ll be interesting to see if they’ve been left out for any reason.
