As we enter the last few days of the summer transfer window, Brendan Rodgers remains on the hunt to add several new faces to his Celtic squad.
Numerous areas of the team need strengthening, and there isn’t long to go.

Promising young left-back Alex Valle is set to join on loan from Barcelona, but the club aren’t as far along in any other deals.
Indeed, their latest bid for Arne Engels has been rejected, while negotiations to bring Mateusz Bogusz to the club only resumed last night.
Both attacking midfield players look equally as promising, but fans have questioned whether the Bhoys will sign one or the other.
Sky Sports man Anthony Joseph, though, states the club are trying to bring both players to Glasgow:

Signing Bogusz, Engels, Valle, and perhaps another centre-half would be a positive end to the window for Celtic.
Time is ticking, though, and the fact things have been left this late in the day is a notable concern.
