CELTIC goalkeeping coach Stevie Woods has reportedly been lined up by Alex McLeish for a new role within his Scotland setup.
Woods, who has done a fantastic job at Celtic since joining the club back in 2007 would be a top acquisition for the national side.
There would be no reason why the coach wouldn’t be able to take on a role with Scotland and still continue his great work at Celtic.
Woods helped turn a Newcastle reserve goalkeeper into a multimillion pound premier league goalkeeper and also played a massive hand in getting the best out of Craig Gordon.
It’s no wonder his work has not gone unnoticed.
