Mateusz Bogusz is reportedly closing in on an £8m move to Celtic this summer.

The versatile Los Angeles FC star has been in incredible form for his side in 2024, scoring 17 goals and assisting six in all competitions.
He bagged a beauty last night to help LA reach the final of the MLS Leagues Cup, with the showpiece event taking place this weekend.
That is where a potential hitch lies in Bogusz’s move to Glasgow.
It looks inevitable that the 23-year-old, whose birthday is today, will cross the pond, but question marks remain over the timing of a potential deal.
With LA now in a final and having won just one major trophy in their history, they will want to keep one of their best players for it. Due to this, it remains to be seen whether they will sanction Bogusz’s departure before the game against Columbus, which takes place in the early hours of Monday morning.
Regardless, Celtic look like they are getting a fine player in the Pole. A versatile, proven goalscorer, Bogusz instantly adds quality and depth to Brendan Rodgers’ side. The boss will hope a deal can be finalised soon.
