CELTIC are close to signing their seventh player of the summer transfer window.

Luis Palma will soon travel to Scotland to sign a contract, believed to be for four years. He turned down clubs in Saudi Arabia, who offered £1.1 million more a year than Celtic, to join the Hoops.
CeltsAreHere understands that despite rumours on social media, Luis Palma will not be at the match on Saturday.
Celtic are set to sign him for a fee of €4.1m, which could rise to €5m in bonuses.
It’s now been revealed that Aris, Palma’s club, will have a 20% sell-on clause attached in the contract, meaning if he does leave for big money down the line, they’ll be entitled to a sizeable payout. [Giannis Chorianopoulos]
Now that Palma is all but in the door, Celtic will turn their attention to left-back and centre-back, both seen as priority positions by Brendan Rodgers.
The manager is also looking at bringing a striker and goalkeeper in before the window shuts on Friday at midnight.
