Neil Lennon’s last update before the international break was that several players were on their way back from injury. One man included in that list was Christopher Jullien, and if you follow the Frenchman on social media, you would have seen his training videos as he looks to get back to full fitness.
Celtic’s defence has been shaky and Jullien hasn’t played 90 minutes for the team since September 12. His back injury occurred just after the team thrashed Ross County 5-0 and while he made two squads after that game, he remained on the bench for both ties.

That’s over two months out of action for our best centre-back, it seems to be getting overlooked.
Shane Duffy has not shown enough and has made a lot of mistakes, Christopher Jullien was easily our best central defender last term, and if he’s fit and back to his best, it could be a really boost for the starting XI. Christopher has missed all our Europa games and our semi-final against Aberdeen.
Neil Lennon is always cautious of putting players in straight away, but can Celtic afford to go on without him, especially if Kristoffer Ajer has to isolate.
Bought for £7.2m(TransferMarkt), Chris is a big game player and we need him back quick.
