STEPHEN WELSH is the subject of interest from many European clubs, leaving Celtic with a big decision to make.

Clubs from England, Italy and France join Porto in the hunt for the Celtic academy graduate, the Daily Record reports.
Celtic must decide what to do with the defender. Do they keep him and utilize him as a squad player, or allow him to leave the club to earn some regular first-team minutes?
He’s nothing more than a squad player at Celtic but is a good player to have at the club. Not only does he offer some decent depth, but he also helps Celtic meet UEFA squad regulations in their competitions.
Stephen Welsh has featured a few times for Celtic this season, playing four times in the league, scoring on the opening day of the season, and making an appearance in the Champions League.
Celtic turned down approaches last year, receiving a bid for the player in January from Italian side Udinese. Their offer didn’t meet Celtic’s valuation and was laughed off. He was also receiving interest from Toulouse, but nothing surfaced from these links.
They weren’t keen on selling Stephen Welsh a few months ago, and you’d assume Celtic’s position has budged much. It would take a significant bid for Celtic to sell the player.
