UEFA have paid out a £206m fighting fund to their 55 associations in a bid to keep clubs health while the shut down is still ongoing.
The SPFL will receive £3.75m of that which will be distributed between the 42 clubs across all leagues.
“Our sport is facing an unprecedented challenge brought about by the COVID-19 crisis. UEFA wants to help its members to respond in ways that are appropriate to their specific circumstances.” UEFA President Aleksander Ceferin told RecordSport.

“As a result, we have agreed that up to £3.75m per association, paid for the remainder of this season and next, as well as part of the investment funding, can be used as our members see fit to rebuild the football community.”
The SPFL is still active and no decision has been made yet on when the season will either be played or called.
It will come down to the Scottish Government more than anything else. If the governement are happy for games to be played behind closed doors before August then we may still get a somewhat natural end to the season. If that’s not possible, and the government put a ban on the sport until after the UEFA deadline, then the league would most certainly be called and Celtic would be champions in that scenario.
