SPFL Confirms Celtic Striker Vote – Alfredo Can’t Catch a Break

It’s not like anyone who knows football needed a poll but the SPFL announced the results of their top striker vote and there’s one man head and shoulders above the rest.

Odsonne Edouard won 46% of the vote while – 40% did go to a striker who has played in the SPFL for quite some time now and has yet to win a single trophy.

The debate between Edouard and his pal over in Govan goes on all the time in Scotland – asking who is better. It’s even more impressive people can debate it with a straight face. Our little backwater discusses who’s better; the man who has won every domestic trophy in Scotland since arriving here, or the man who has done the opposite of that.

While this goes on, Edouard receives plaudits from top outlets across Europe, one publication had the Celtic striker as one of the top strikers under 23 in Europe.

There’s just no debate, is there? When the going gets tough, Eddy wins you titles and trophies. The other, not so much.
