Hamilton have responded to a comment from Neil Lennon’s press conference on Mondays it has emerged.
It’s surprising the SPFL club felt the need to comment but they were probably approached y several journalists to issue something on what Neil had said.
During the managers much publicised media conference which you can read in its entirety here, he questioned the social distancing measures which saw our club lose more ground in the league and claimed during the latest Hamilton trip, social distance was non existent because they were crammed into a tiny space.
Hamilton have come out with a middle of the road statement just saying they’re happy with the measures they have in place for away teams.
"We are content that we meet the most stringent standards of Covid protocols for all people visiting our stadium.”

It’s probably the best way to deal with things. Accord have quelled any media lit outrage surrounding Neil Lennon’s comment which I would bet quite highly he’s spot on about.
The away grounds across the country have small, dingy changing areas for the opposition. Unless they’ve been moved from there, then social distancing would be non-existent.
