SPFL Audit Finds No Improper Conduct During Proposal Vote

Top sports reporter Stephen McGowan has put out communication from Deloitte, an audit company which has been seemingly tasked with looking at impropriety within the SPFL proposal which was voted through.

According to McGowan, Deloitte has found nothing in the way of recriminating evidence that anything underhand has gone on with regards to the vote from the SPFL’s side of things.

Celtic voted along with ten other SPFL sides to vote the proposal through but The Rangers claimed they had evidence to suggest the vote was not above board — that evidence is yet to be produced.

The SPFL have obviously taken the allegation seriously enough to ask the audit company to come in.

We don’t know the extent of what they looked at but what they have seen – they’ve found nothing to suggest anything has gone on.

We’re sure this won’t be the last we’re hearing of this.
