It has been rumoured that Arsenal has made an embarrassing 15 million pound offer for Celtic’s current favourite son, Kieran Tierney. Apparently, The Gunners transfer kitty has been slashed after they failed to qualify for the Champions League for the forthcoming season. Their lousy offer of 15 million certainly backs up that theory.
Kieran Tierney is Celtic’s most prized possession, Celtic fans know how good he is and they fear the day a more realistic offer is put on the table. Some fans are resigned to the fact that there are offers that can be made that the board will find too good to refuse. Celtic fans prepare themselves for that offer in every transfer window so you can imagine how they feel when Arsenal come in trying to low ball the club and the Scottish game in general.
Some fans have taken to social media to let Arsenal know what they think of their offer.

On loan lol why don't we send Tierney on loan to them ? Then when he cuts it down there we can sell for £70 million to Liverpool or man city

If Celtic have any serious ambition of equalling 9 in a row and then going for 10 then Tierney, McGregor and Forrest must be not be sold.
Don’t care what the bid is, the answer is no.

Easily worth 25m the kid is quality the only problem is he is in SPL so people always want on the cheap as the league isn't strong. Tierney would do very well in the prem & has plenty CL experience already too.

John Hartson, a player that has played for both Arsenal and Celtic clearly fell on the side of the Celtic fans and their views.
My old club Arsenal testing the waters with reported 15m bid for Kt. Celtic don’t want to sell besides that in this current market 15m is an embarrassment to the player and his ability.
