CELTIC FANS have been up in arms about fringe players not getting a run out against Ross County today and in-particular Ismaila Soro.

Many supporters have been asking why the midfielder isn’t even in the squad and Scott Brown hasn’t been given the afternoon off after a poor run of form.

However, Instagram offers a reason for Soro’s exclusion today.

It appears the midfielder has been given a leave of absence from the team to get married.

The post by Ismaila, just a week ago shows the youngster and his new bride. Even if the wedding was a week ago, given the current rules surrounding isolation after travelling back from certain countries, it’s believed Soro would have to stay at home for two weeks – explaining is absence,

The midfielder only came in at the start of the year and it’s more than likely the Soro already had his wedding booked before joining Celtic.

The bhoys are up against Ross County this afternoon in the cup and both midfielders who could have started; Turnbull and Soro are out of commission.
