ODSONNE EDOUARD stepped up to the mark on Saturday against Hibs.

The striker bagged two of the four goals as Celtic ran riot against their Edinburgh counterparts.

It was a fantastic display from the £9million striker who could have had a couple more on the day.

Case in point, this fantastic run below that had the Frenchman found the inside of the post, we’d be talking about a goal of the season contender.

The run typified Edouard’s display of power and speed during the game and had that shot gone in, it would have been a breathtaking goal.

Hopefully, after going through a dry spell, Edouard is finding his feet as Celtic’s first choice striker.

All Celtic’s goals were very well executed on Saturday. Tom Rogic’s floated shot into the top left-hand corner to James Forrest outstanding burst of pace and strength to get in behind and square it to Edouard for the goal.
