It was reported by Peter O’Rourke that Celtic had reached an agreement with Rubin Kazan winger Sead Haksabanovic; however, reports from Sky Sports state that Celtic are still in discussions, and no deal has been agreed upon yet.
Rubin Kazan has accepted that the winger will be leaving the side this summer, with four clubs discussing a possible deal worth under £6 million. No figure has yet been agreed, despite conflicting reports suggesting that the deal was essentially completed.
Sky Sports’ Anthony Joesph reported;

Ange refused to give any insight into the negotiations but didn’t rule out a possible move for the international player.
So, Celtic are in negotiations with the player, but a final fee os yet to be agreed with his club. He has seemingly undergone his Celtic medical today, suggesting the club are confident of striking a deal with the Russian club.
Playing on both wings and behind the striker, Celtic are essentially signing three players for the price of one. This was discussed on the CeltsAreHere podcast, which can be watched here.
