The Scottish FA and Police Scotland are set to investigate Rangers winger Vaclav Cerny, while defender Dujon Sterling is facing an investigation from the governing body.

Cerny faces a potential ban of between two and eight games after squirting water at Celtic fans while celebrating Hamza Igamane’s last-minute winner.
Meanwhile, Sterling could also land in trouble for his controversial social media post following the match.
The Czech winger was seen sprinting down the touchline toward the travelling Rangers support after Igamane’s stunning late strike. However, in doing so, he sprayed water from his bottle at Celtic fans sitting in the main stand.
As CeltsAreHere reported on Sunday night, Celtic have launched their own investigation, and both the SFA and Police Scotland are now looking into the matter. [Sky News] If found guilty of misconduct, Cerny could be hit with a significant suspension under SFA disciplinary rules.
Meanwhile, Dujon Sterling’s Instagram post has also drawn attention, with the defender appearing to take aim at Celtic Park in the aftermath of the derby. The post read:
“Huge shift by everyone today at that s**hole – it doesn’t get much better! There’s more to come, Gers.”*
The SFA has previously sanctioned players for comments deemed offensive or bringing the game into disrepute, meaning Sterling could also face disciplinary action. [RecordSport]
The aftermath of Sunday’s match has been dominated by controversy, with both on-field and off-field incidents being scrutinised.
While Rangers celebrated a rare league win at Celtic Park, the focus now shifts to how the SFA and Police Scotland will handle these disciplinary matters.
