SFA Confirm Officials for Celtic’s Final Pre Split Clash

The SFA have today confirmed who will be taking charge of Celtic’s clash with Motherwell on Saturday afternoon.

Ange Postecoglou will be looking to help his side move 15 points clear at the top of the Scottish Premiership for Saturday night at least and the Australian will be hoping appointed referee John Beaton will have no bearing on proceedings.

Beaton will be the man in the middle meanwhile Alan Mulvanny and Colin Drummond will run the lines.

In charge of VAR will be Mike Roncone and he will be assisted by John McCrossan.

Hopefully for all, the officials on Saturday will not have to make any contentious calls. David Dickinson and his team had little to do on Saturday in fairness and Beaton will be hoping for the same.

Regarding the match itself, a win is a must for Celtic if they want to wrap up the title as soon as possible.

As things stand, the Bhoys need seven points in order to do so and they will be aiming to cut this to just four come Saturday night.
