The SFA has confirmed the referee for this weekend’s Glasgow Derby will be Nick Walsh.

The referee has officiated 8 games in all competitions so far this season, including in Europe. He’s handed out 27 yellows and 5 reds. Only one of those reds has come in domestic action.
Walsh was also the official for Celtic’s first game of the season against Aberdeen when the bhoys ran out 2-0 winners.
Ange Postecoglou has his side flying ahead of the derby, there’s one pit stop in Dingwall before the derby on Saturday. Celtic take on Ross County in the League Cup.
The Rangers will be playing on Tuesday at home in the League Cup where the bhoys will play 24 hours later and then make the late night travel back to Glasgow to prepare for an early Saturday kick off.
Celtic will hopefully have enough to get the win.
