Serie A Bhoy ‘Extremely Proud’ of Celtic Star

Ewan Henderson came off the bench on Thursday evening and made an instant impact in the game against Real Betis.

The midfielder grabbed Celtic’s second of the game – it was very impressive considering Ewan hasn’t played for some time now.

Liam left Celtic after struggling to break through into the first team. The signs looked promising for Ewan at the Hoops under Brendan Rodgers who was starting to use him more.

When Neil Lennon returned, Ewan was quickly shuffled to the back and not utilised.

There’s no telling where the wee man’s future lies but he works so hard to try and make an impression. Ewan deserved his goal on Thursday.

Will Ange Postecoglou give him more game time in the future? Let’s see what comes of Thursday’s game and what players have put themselves on the manager’s radar.
