Scott Sinclair Verbally Abused at Glasgow Airport After Derby Win

THREE people had to be escorted out of Glasgow Airport this evening after verbally abusing Celtic stat Scott Sinclair.

The Englishman, who was awaiting his flight in the BA lounge was approached by three individuals who reportedly started taunting the Celtic midfielder.

A Glasgow Airport spokesperson did confirm an incident had occurred and the three people in question were ejected from the airport and not allowed to board their flight.

He said: “I can confirm there was an incident in the BA lounge.

“Three individuals were removed from the flight and the airport by the police.”

This comes hours after Celtic’s win at Ibrox where a ten man Celtic team beat  the Ibrox club 3-2 with ten men.

Scott has had to put up with a lot since signing for Celtic with racial abuse coming his way on several occasions. We are yet to hear about the nature of what was said to him this evening.
