SCOTT SINCLAIR looks like he has played his last game for Celtic as reports came through overnight that the Englishman has headed back to the UK from Celtic’s training camp.
The winger has rarely been used this season, even as a substitute after an initial move away collapsed late in the summer transfer window.
It now looks like former Hamilton and Norwich boss Alex Neil is the frontrunner to sign Sinclair for his current club Preston according to RecordSport.
Talks are set to go ahead as early as tomorrow and could see the treble treble star off the books by the end of the week.
Neil Lennon has opted not to use the midfielder much since coming to the club and has let the likes of Lewis Morgan hop past him in the pecking order.
Scott Sinclair has been an outstanding servant to Celtic over the past three and a half years and he will certainly go down in history as a pivotal player during the treble treble years.
