SCOTT BROWN has caused a stir today with the inevitable pictures of the former Celtic captain in an Aberdeen jersey. The Dons put their new home shirt on pre-sale and put Scott front and centre, much to the dismay of Celtic fans.

The Hoops supporters, including myself, found the images jarring when it came to Scott in anything other than a Celtic jersey.

It’s going to get even stranger when the football starts back and we’re actively booing the Celtic legend as he tries to impose himself on the Celtic midfield.

Brown published first official post as an Aberdeen player on his social media feed and talks about a new beginning.

Scott will go down in Celtic folklore as one of the best captain’s in the history of the club. There’s a good chance he’ll be back one day in some capacity, until then, we wish him the best, just not against Celtic!
