CELTIC are looking to get some more business done before the end of the window and we can expect at least two in the door.
Outgoings could come thick and fast too in the next 48 hours, loan moves and potentially Edouard finally moving on.
One man who Celtic are still keen to keep is Ryan Christie. It was the Mail on Sunday [Print Edition] that confirmed the club are still in talks with Ryan Christie over a potential new deal at the club
The assertion made in the paper was backed up by a quote they attributed to Celtoc manager Ange Postecoglou when asked about the midfielder’s situation. “There’s no real update on that right now. There is a dialogue but nothing significant yet.”
Ryan is coming to the end of his Celtic contract and it’s been an open secret for years the player has coveted a move down south. If he can get the right offer, I’d say his days at Celtic are numbered.
However, if the deal he would like down south doesn’t materialise – only then would I see Ryan looking to stay on at the club. He’s a great talent but as many read this today they will still be smarting from a derby defeat and Ryan’s mediocre performance.
Ryan is a player we should be looking to keep but right now, it’s up in the air.
