Rocco Vata is on the verge of a Celtic exit move as he prepares to undergo a medical with Watford on Wednesday.

Despite Celtic’s efforts to secure Vata with a new contract amid growing interest from clubs in England and abroad, the young talent has opted for a new challenge. If the transfer is finalised, Celtic is entitled to receive £237,000 in training compensation for the development of the player.
He’s been a standout in the Celtic B team and has scored with the first team, yet he’s struggled to break through and get consistent minutes, even from the bench.
Daniel Kelly has been on the receiving end of game time from Brendan Rodgers, but he is also yet to sign a new contract with the Hoops, with his set to expire in the new year.
