Former Celtic striker Robbie Keane was pencilled in to play in a friendly at Ibrox at the weekend but the Irishman has pulled out last minute. [SunSport]
The friendly has been marketed around 150 years of Rangers – the relentless ‘nothing happened in 2012’ campaign is anything but subtle.
Some Celtic fans were wondering why Robbie would be taking part in the event but he has now pulled the plug on an Ibrox appearance.

Robbie signed for Celtic during a tumultuous season and in hindsight the signing was made to placate fans during what was a horrible season for the club under Tony Mowbray.
The former Celtic boss was sacked before the season end and Neil Lennon took over in a caretaker capacity.
Keane didn’t stay beyond the season and he headed back to the Premier League where he expressed an affinity for a number of clubs he signed for.
