Ridiculous 36 Game Stat; Neil Lennon’s Reluctance for Change

Ismaila Soro finally got some minutes tonight but the stat which came out from twitter’s resident Celtic euro expert sums Celtic’s recruitment up perfectly.

In the 36 games which have been played since Soro came in, he’s managed to amass 30 minutes of football while the team toils.

We have no idea if the midfielder is up to the task because we haven’t seen him play.

With the game in Milan a dead rubber, it was the perfect opportunity to bring in some different players and see what they had. Instead, Neil Lennon started with the side who have been letting him down all season.

Not even a two-goal head start could save the bhoys from a heavy defeat.

Celtic go into the St Johnstone game on Sunday with very little confidence and with the opposition knowing exactly how to handle us.

We have become predictable but more importantly, we have a defence not fit for purpose and goalkeeper problems.

It’s not going to be a pretty December for the bhoys, let’s just hope the January window is already being targeted for change.
