EA Sports has released player ratings for their latest instalment of FIFA which is set to hit shops on September 28th.
Player ratings are always a point of contention among fans when it comes to who should be rated as what and it’s another year of ‘eh, really?’ stats when it comes to Celtic.
Our highest rated player in the game is Scott Brown at just 77. Olivier Ntcham is 73, just two above Jonny Hayes and one above Marvin Compper would you believe.
Kieran Tierney and James Forrest are just behind Scott Brown’s rating with a 76 overall.
Celtic have SEVEN gold card players, it would have been eight if Moussa Dembele had stuck around – Odsonne Edouard is not one of the seven though who is just an overall 72 to Griffiths’ 75.
The lowest overall stats in the Celtic squad go to Scott Bain and Jack Hendry who both sit on 67.
These stats are just the jumping off point for the game and players can improve or decrease should their real-life fortunes improve or diminish.
I wonder if they’ll FINALLY update Scott Sinclair’s card photo to get him out of that Aston Villa shirt. Come on guys – it’s been two years!
